Anytime Fitness - FitchburgYup... fitness facilities are part of our repertoire, too. So are restaurants, offices, retail stores, salons, spas, laboratories, medical facilities, and just about any other kind of commercial or institutional environment you can think of. This is the Anytime Fitness gym on Nesbitt Road in Fitchburg. For this project, we started with a raw gray box space, and converted it to what you see below. Pretty nice, huh? |

Anytime Fitness - University SquareThis is the second of two Anytime Fitness facilities we've built to date, this one being located at University Square. The space was in raw condition when we began construction, but finished up with the spectacular results you see here, thanks in large part to the floor-to-ceiling windows the space has along its west wall. Due to the highly engineered nature of this building, extra care had to be taken with mechanical and structural systems. Trainers EliteThis project was a design/build expansion done for a mixed martial arts gym in Fitchburg. Doubling the facility’s space involved converting existing office space to gym space to match existing finishes, as well as building a new bathroom with shower. Shown here is Grandmaster Ron Van Browning. A primary reason for expanding Trainers Elite’s space was to accommodate the cage he stands next to. |

Wait ChiropracticThis build-out was completed for a new chiropractic practice on the capitol square. In addition to space planning and design consultation services, scope for this 1,000 square foot office included rough and finish carpentry, associated electrical work (including lighting), an x-ray room (including leaded walls), and everything else needed to convert the pre-existing white box into the subdivided space it is today. This client appreciated our collaborative approach, our ability to work within a particular budget, and that we were able to compress the project schedule to meet her opening day target. |
