This laboratory, located in Sun Prairie, goes a long way toward demonstrating the diversity of work we do. In addition to very specific HVAC and ventilation requirements, this space required numerous custom built-ins and the construction of a mezzanine. As General Contractor for this build-out, was also responsible for: concrete work, framing and drywall, electrical, plumbing, sprinklers, HVAC, trim carpentry, paint, and all casework.
