The Carlson Company

This design/build project started with remodeling an existing 3,000 square feet of corporate office space, while at the same time expanding their space by an additional 6,000 square feet. The end result was 9,000 square feet of unified and functional work space with an open and contemporary feel. High end details included mahogany millwork and trim throughout, as well as custom installed Tectum panels for good acoustics and visual interest.

Churchill Building

Churchill Building

Located on the Capitol Square at 16 N. Carroll Street, the Churchill Building reportedly has the distinction of being the oldest high-rise in Madison. We’re honored to have been entrusted with the task of renovating its common areas. Scope of work included: new infrastructure for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical; brand new restrooms on some floors, and completely remodeled restrooms on all others; renovation of all hallways with newly finished walls, new ceilings, lighting, millwork, and carpet; full remodel of the lobby with mosaic floor tile, cherry wainscoting, and historic restoration of the space’s original plaster ceiling and crown molding. Older buildings are often full of surprises, and the Churchill did not let us down in this respect; but for us, the most challenging projects are also the most gratifying.

Mortgage Resource

Mortgage Resource

This build out project was completed for Mortgage Resource at 2310 Crossroads Drive. Scope for this space included all rough and finish carpentry, all custom cabinetry and millwork, as well as paint and other finishes. We’re particularly proud of the reception desk and the other casework elements in this project.
