Thomasville

Thomasville

Converting this existing furniture store into the breathtaking new Thomasville Gallery it is today involved more than just remodeling its existing 11,000 square foot retail floor. It also included building out a brand new leather gallery (from raw space) and the creation of a new design studio (shown below). You’ll find the new Thomasville Gallery located on Verona Road in Fitchburg. We encourage you to stop in if you’d like to see some of our work firsthand—and some beautiful furniture, too!

BasketTree Gifts

Basketree Gifts

This build-out project was completed for Basketree Gifts at their location on the beltline. Scope for this 3,800 square foot space included rough and finish carpentry, associated electrical work (including lighting), rough and finish plumbing, an entirely new HVAC system, paint, built-ins, and everything else needed to convert the pre-existing shell into a functional showroom and workspace. This client was particularly appreciative of the design consultation that was provided in conjunction with general contracting services, as well as the hands on attention to detail and site supervision that was provided throughout the project.

O'Connell Pharmacy

O'Connell Pharmacy

This build-out for the O'Connell Pharmacy's new location in Sun Prairie is a project we're particularly proud of. Starting from raw space in a gray box condition, CIC worked closely with the owners and the architect to build the 4,000 square foot beautiful retail space you see pictured below.

Salon Studios

Salon Studios 101

This salon build-out is a great example of a CIC project that began with a blank slate. Our client was ready to purchase retail condo space for her new salon, but needed to know build-out costs before moving forward. After a thorough assessment of her needs, CIC developed a preliminary floorplan, a finish schedule, and a budget, that were ultimately used to move ahead with the project. A bonus for CIC was the privilege of playing a small part in making our client's dream of owning her own salon a reality.
