SCOPE OF OUR WORK

First, let's be clear about what we don't do: we do not build buildings from the ground up. Why? Because we feel strongly about sticking with what we know. And while we don't know much about pouring foundations or erecting exterior walls, we're experts when it comes to interior construction and finishing. So, if you need a commercial space remodeled or configured for new needs, if you'd like to expand an existing space, or if you need a newly constructed shell built out for the first time on the inside, we're the ones you want to call.

Design - While we are a construction company first and foremost, we are happy to provide interior design services to our clients who desire assistance in this area. We'll start by asking you a series of questions that will help us define your design objectives. From there, we'll develop potential color palettes, finish options, and floorplans for your review. Finally, we'll work with you to refine these, until we have a design that meets your needs perfectly - and we'll keep our eye on your budget during the entire process. Our approach is highly collaborative and fun for us and our clients!

Planning - So you've found a space you'd like to lease or buy, or perhaps you want to remodel or expand your existing space. How will the new space be utilized? How much will it cost to execute your plans? And how long will it take? These are all unknowns we can help you with. Whether you're trying to determine feasibility, or already have plans in place but need to take the next steps, we'd love to wrap our arms around your project and make it a seamless one. We know from past experience that a project well-planned will be a project well-executed. Let us do some planning for you.

Construction - At CIC, our primary core competency is a rock-solid approach to project management - and this focus pervades absolutely everything we do. We're great communicators, collaborators, and coordinators (with you, our subs, each other, and all other project players), we're highly creative when it comes to troubleshooting and problem solving, we spend A LOT of time at our job sites, and we're sticklers when it comes to quality, schedules, and organization. We believe that having highly skilled project managers overseeing your project is critical to proper execution of the construction phase.

Have you lost potential tenants because they couldn't see past your building's current state to what it could look like? Let us help! We're experts when it comes to the aesthetics of commercial buildings. We'll happily take a look at your building, and provide you with a proposal for minimal upgrades that will be designed to increase the leasability of your building.
